Cooking Family Favorite Food This Afternoon.

Everyone has a favorite food or favorite food in their daily life, these foods tend to be there at every opportunity to be enjoyed.

Talking about favorite foods, of course, my family and I also have food that we often serve when lunch arrives, the food is a typical Indonesian vegetable urap.

This afternoon I chose vegetable urap as one of the lunch menus to accompany rice, the food is very liked by the whole family, we have also consumed this food for generations.

Urap food is a food made from vegetables, then mixed with grated coconut and given cooking spices to taste the food. This food comes from Indonesia, in that country this food is excellent and easy to find.

How to process or cook urap food is not difficult, even urap food can be stored for a long time, because this original food from the island of Java, Indonesia, is not easily stale. Here's a recipe and how to process urap food.

Ingredients :
Coconut (coconut has been grated).
Long beans.
Bean sprouts.
Spinach.
Red onion.
Garlic.
Lime leaves.
Aromatic ginger.
Shrimp paste.
Salt.
Sugar.
Water.

Serving method :
Wash the vegetables and herbs thoroughly, then slice the vegetables as needed.

Next, boil the vegetables using boiling water until cooked, then drain and set aside for a while.

The next thing is to puree the garlic, onion, kencur, shrimp paste and add a little sugar and salt to taste. If the ingredients have become seasoning then set aside for a while to a food container.

Next, stir-fry grated coconut using a cooking pot, add the cooked spices that have been processed, stir until evenly distributed.
