Veg Macaroni Indian Style Recipe.

Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you're all doing well. I'm also doing great. Today, I'm sharing a recipe for vegetable macaroni made with traditional spices and green vegetables, giving it a special Indian flavor. Kids really love it, and you can prepare it for dinner or pack it in their lunchboxes.

Ingredients:

1- Macaroni - 1 cup
2- Bell pepper - 1
3- Tomatoes - 2
4- Onions finely chopped - 2
5- Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
6- Tomato sauce - 3-4 tablespoons
7- Oil - 2 tablespoons
8- Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
9- Red chili powder - ¼ teaspoon or to taste
10- Salt - 1 teaspoon or to taste
11- Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
12- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Boil the macaroni in a pot with 2-3 cups of water. Once it boils, add 1 tablespoon of oil and ½ teaspoon of macaroni. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  1. Wash and finely chop all the vegetables - bell pepper, onions, and tomatoes.

  1. Strain the boiled macaroni using a colander and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onions, ginger paste, and chopped green chili. Saute until golden brown.

  1. Add finely chopped bell pepper and stir until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  1. Once the vegetables are crunchy, add tomatoes and saute for an additional 2 minutes.

  1. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and tomato sauce to the vegetables. Mix well and cook for a while.

  1. Now, add the boiled macaroni and mix. Add a little fresh coriander and cook for 1 more minute.

  1. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve the hot vegetable macaroni.

This recipe is perfect for 2-3 people. Enjoy your delicious macaroni.
