Many of you may be observing fasts during this time, and Sabudana is considered very useful during fasting as it is easy to digest and cook. Now, let me tell you how you can make Sabudana Wada at home.

🌳 2 cups Sabudana (soaked for 4 hours)
🌳2 boiled and mashed potatoes
🌳 2 finely chopped green chilies
🌳 Fresh coriander leaves
🌳Corn flour
🌳 Salt to taste
🌳Oil for frying

  1. Drain excess water from soaked Sabudana using a strainer.

  2. In a large bowl, mix soaked Sabudana, mashed potatoes, green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, corn flour, and salt.

  1. Make small balls from the mixture.

  1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the balls until golden brown.

  2. Remove the fried balls and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.Serve the hot Sabudana Wada with coriander chutney or potato curry.
