  • 500 grams flat beans (sem)
  • 500 grams spinach (palak)
  • 2 potatoes (alu)
  • 4 tablespoons mustard oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 green chilies

Step 1

Wash and cut the spinach, flat beans, and potatoes.

Step 2

Heat mustard oil in a pan and add crushed garlic and green chilies. Once the garlic turns brown, proceed to the next step.

Step 3

Add flat beans, potatoes, and spinach to the pan and saute well.

Step 4:

Add salt as per taste and stir. Cook until everything is well-cooked and the water dries up. If the potatoes are not cooked, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the heat.

Step 5

After 3-4 minutes, check if the potatoes are cooked. Once done, remove the lid and turn off the heat.
