Hola amigos que hacen vida en esta linda comunidad #plantpower vegano, deseo estén bien.
En estos días no me dió tiempo de leer que en mi comunidad favorita había un reto :
Tus compras de vegetales, moderado por @sirenahippie, con el fin de conocer la experiencia de compra de todos los usuarios ,entonces el viernes fue que me enteré, pues y dije: esto si me gusta, lo haré, disfruto mucho haciendo mis compra de vegetales, el día sábado es que realizo mis compras ya que trabajo de lunes a viernes.

El día sábado mi esposo y yo nos vamos desde temprana horas de la mañana a realizar nuestras compras , la primera compra que hacemos es en Mercadito de los Andes,ya que tiene siempre vegetales frescos y dura en la nevera varios días.
La atención en ese mercadito es calidad , todos los empleados te tratan con amabilidad por eso es que estoy enamorada de hacer mis compras allí, si hay alguna verdura que está a punto de ponerse mala, ellos mismo te dicen que no la lleven y te traen la mejor.
Cada vez que voy quiero traerme de todo, pero ustedes saben que en mi bello y amado país vivimos limitado.Pero con todo y eso amo mucho a mi Venezuela.
On Saturday my husband and I go from early in the morning to do our shopping, the first purchase we make is in Mercadito de los Andes, as it always has fresh vegetables and lasts in the fridge for several days.
The attention in this little market is quality, all the employees treat you with kindness, that is why I am in love with shopping there, if there is a vegetable that is about to go bad, they tell you not to take it and they bring you the best one.
Every time I go there I want to bring everything, but you know that in my beautiful and beloved country we live limited, but I love my Venezuela very much.
En esta oportunidad compré pimentón verde, me gustan los rojos pero no había, el rojo le da color a las comidas y las hace vistosa y provocativa. Pero el color verde también es lindo en las comidas.
Anteriormente compraba ají pero últimamente sale picoso que no se puede comer .Seguí mi con mi compra muy alegre , coloque : cebolla,mandarina,tomate,vainitas, celery, es delicioso en las comidas, además lo vi económico.

In the past I used to buy chili peppers but lately they are so spicy that you can't eat them, so I went on with my purchase and I added: onion, tangerine, tomato, vanilla, celery, it is delicious in food, and it is very economical.
Algo chistoso que siempre me sucede cuando llegamos al mercadito mi esposo me dice: no te vayas a volver loca metiendo de todo y le digo aunque sea un poquito de lo que hay. Ya que me gusta cocinar con papas, zanahorias, granos, berenjenas, calabacín y otros.

En mi hogar nunca falta plátano, nos gusta mucho, frito o sancochado. Nos gusta tomar jugo en la comida de almuerzo pero siempre de fruta natural: naranja, parchita,limón, guayaba o de pepino. Ahorita como es el tiempo de batata compramos.

Después de recorrer y meter en bolsas lo que vamos a comprar viene lo más duro pagar, digo esto ya que aquí voy orandole a Dios para que no se pase la cuenta que había destinado para la compra de vegetales, una cosa que faltó decirle es que en este mercadito el peso es legal , ya que tiene que estar pendiente porque adulteran los pesos en algunos establecimiento.Después de pagar revisan la compra.

When I got home I rested for a while and then sorted all my shopping, here it is still in the bags.
Ya las saqué de las bolsas para organizarla en su sitio.
