Hoy les traigo una receta vegana , deliciosa y propicia para estos días navideños: Panettone de zanahoria con pasitas.
Le coloqué solo pasitas, los que quieran pueden colocar frutas confitadas también les da un toque especial.
La leche que utilicé fue la de avena.
El panettón (pequeña torta de pan) , nunca falta en las mesas navideña, deleitándonos con ese sabor dulce.
Today I bring you a vegan recipe, delicious and conducive to these Christmas days: Carrot Panettone with raisins.

The milk I used was oat milk.
The panettone (small bread cake), never missing on Christmas tables, delighting us with that sweet taste.
The ingredients needed for the realization of the tasty Christmas panettone:
- 1 large carrot.
- 50 grams of oat flakes, this is the milk we will use (oat milk).
- 1 pinch of salt.
- 60 grams of sugar.
- 80 ml of oil.
- 50 grams of raisins.
- 100 grams of wheat flour.
- Yeast
Step by step for the preparation of the Christmas panettone:
- Wash the carrot with plenty of water , then remove the shell and chop it into small pieces.
- After chopping the carrot, we are going to use the blender, add the carrot, the oil, the pinch of salt and the sugar.
- We take the oat flakes, add them in a pot, add water and blend, that is the milk we use, now we put all that in the blender and blend until it disintegrates or becomes liquid.
- Pour the liquid in a container, add the flour, but first sift it with a sieve.
- Add the yeast and the raisins, mix everything until the dough is homogeneous.
- Flour a container that can be put in the oven, add all the contents in the container, let stand for an hour and a half.
- Then put in the oven for 50 minutes or until we see that it has grown or the toothpick test.
Already here it has passed the 50 minutes in the oven and look how it came out, it looks nice.
