Tortilla de espinaca con rábano.

Los rábanos poseen vitaminas A y C, calcio y magnesio,igualmente las espinacas.

- 1 rábano.
- 40 gramos de espinacas picadas.
- 1 papa.
- 100 ml de aceite.
- 1 pimentón.
- 1 cebolla.
- Sal al gusto.
- 3 cucharadas de Maicena.

- Preparar esta tortilla es muy fácil , en pocos pasos podemos disfrutar de la misma, picar en trocitos pequeños la cebolla, el pimentón y el ajo.
- Lavar y picar el rábano en forma de rueda.
