qurator top chef dark chocolate

Halloween Treat.

Hello, food lovers. greetings 🙏. here is my fun recipe made with dark chocolate for @qurator's hive top chef contest theme dark chocolate.

Ingredients:
100-grams 70% dark chocolate
50 grams coconut jaggary
50 grams of cashew nuts
50 grams of desiccated coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 pinch of salt
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon juice

Add coconut oil and salt to the chocolate

Melt chocolate using the double boiler method.

Chopped this organic coconut jaggary.

Add jaggary in the chocolate.

Stir it to melt thoroughly.

Add vanilla extract.

Make powder of desiccated coconut and cashew.

Add cashew powder.

Then coconut powder.

Stir the chocolate mixture thoroughly.

I add 2 tsp cocoa powder.

Using a rubber spatula make a nice dough of the mixture.

set dough on cling plastic and cover another cling plastic on top of the mixture.

Roll the chocolate dough using a rolling pin. and set the chocolate in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.

In the powdered sugar add 1/2 tsp lemon juice gradually and make a glaze to decorate the chocolate.

take out the chocolate from the fridge and cut it into a round shape I use a saucepan lid as a cutter.

I made a pumpkin shape that will send a treat to my husband's grandchildren for Halloween.

I decorate it to look like a Halloween pumpkin. With small emojis.
