Oatmeal Cream

Hello, vegan community, after posting my vegan egg white today I am presenting how to make fresh vegan cream from oatmeal.

Ingredients
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup water
2 tbsp oil and

Immersible mixer

In a saucepan add 1/2 cup oatmeal and add boiling water.

Let soak it for 3-4 minutes.

Start blending the soaked oatmeal using an immersible mixer

Add oil.

Continue blending until getting a smooth paste.

Use a cheesecloth to strain the paste.

After straining, the paste has become smooth and thick cream.
the leftover oatmeal can be used in making bread dough or used in making vegetable patties. vegan burgers, pancakes, etc.

This thick smooth cream can be used in any vegan recipe that replaces dairy cream.

Fill a jar and use it for vegan food. In the fridge can stay 3 weeks without any problem. But much better to make it one day before or when making vegan food requiring cream.
