Meatless monday vegan mayonnaise

Hello, vegans greetings to you all. Since joining this community my vegan interest is increasing day by day. Trying several things in the diet which alternative options for nowadays food culture. for example mayonnaise, egg white, eggs, omelet, chicken substitutes, several kinds of nondairy milk, yogurt. creams and different types of dressings.Thinking about sharing my knowledge with you. how I make it the easy way with noncomplicated ingredients
here is the mayonnaise. Smooth and silky, tasty full of proteins and healthy oils.

Vegan mayonnaise.


Ingredients:
3 tbsp cooked chickpeas with 2 tbsp aquafaba The cooking water from chickpeas
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp sunflower oil
10-12 grains of pink rock salt
1/5 tsp turmeric
1/5 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp mustard paste


Add turmeric and salt to the chickpeas including aquafaba.


using an immersible blender blend the chickpeas until getting smooth.


Add mustard paste and blend for 3-4 minutes


Add tahini into the mixture and again blend 2-3minutes.


Now add the secret ingredient black salt. A very healthy alternative to common salt it is very good for the digestive system. In my Ayurvedic medicine, we use it for several problems and It is widely used for many formulas and treatments. Used for detoxification of the body. It is a natural blood thinner. Regulate blood pressure, reduce bloating gas, and acidity, It helps to absorb minerals in the body and reduce muscle cramps and spasms.


Now add oil and again blend around til getting mixture is puffy smooth and thick.

Here is the result.


The fridge can hold for around 10-15 days.
