hotdogs totally vegan and delicious from leftover ingredients

Hello, food lovers here is a non-traditional recipe on my list. Presenting just in case somebody happens to be craving hotdogs.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup leftover carrot pulp after juicing
1/4 cup sprouts from red lentils
1.5 tbsp leftover walnut powder
1 tbsp cashew powder leftover
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp besan gram flower
3/4 cup soya chunks
1/2 cup leftover stir-fried mushrooms in olive oil
1 tbsp cooking oil

Soya chunks soaked in boiling water

Add one by one ingredient in a mixer. drain water from soya chunks then breadcrumbs. make a dough-like mixture adding 1-2 tsp water to it. can use oil if you want.

when all ingredients stick together add 1tbsp of each corn starch and besan gram flour to make a nice dough. for color, I am using beetroot powder.

Oil a stainless steel strainer or if you have any kind of steamer. Make hotdog forms and set them in and steam covering them on a cotton cloth so they don't get drips from evaporated water and become sticky.

Cook them for around 10 minutes on medium heat. can check with pin test if pins come clean they are done. let them cool down.

Grease an iron pan or any pan, and fry them flipping from all sides.

Making the hotdog buns
2 cups of white flour
1 cup wholemeal flour
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry yeast
2 tbsp cooking oil
1.5 cups warm water.

Baking them at 180 c for an 18 -20 min
Here are hotdog buns ready

Use mustard and tomato ketchup and maybe fried onions top them how you want.

First mustard, then ketchup and fried onion or pickles or cucumber relish.

Here is a delicious nutritious vegan hotdog ready to enjoy. This is I made an experiment for my curiosity. I am not a fan of hotdogs but they were very tasty.
because of the ingredients I used.
