Finger food mini apple pies

Hello, friends this time I come with my new recipe mini apple pies. Simple crispy, delicious easy to make.

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
50 grams of vegan butter.

2 apples peeled and sliced
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 cup sugar

Mix baking powder and salt in the flour.
Add cold butter and mix it using fingertips.
Just to binding consistency.
Add 2 tsp cold water.

Just lumpy dough/crust.
Put the crust on A silicon sheet and press together .
After back and forth pressing it lightly, it becomes a rollable dough/crust.
Roll it using a rolling pin.
Using a cup or cookie cutter cut it into round shapes.

some rounds we keep whole and some make ribbonlike cuts in the middle but not the edges.

Peel apples and slice them

In the bottom use a solid circle and place a few slices of apple.
Sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon on it.
Cover with a cut circle

And fix together pressing around the edge lightly.

Set them on a baking tray brushed with a little oil. the leftover dough I gathered together and made new rounds, put apple on one side and folded into half circles.

Bake them in a preheated oven at 200 C around 20 minutes.

After baked remove them from the oven.

Put them on a rack sprinkle a little more cinnamon powder and let them cool.

Nice delicious crispy mini pies are ready to eat like cookies.
