A delicious food with Cabbage and Pea

Hello friends, hope you have a good day. Today I decided to have cabbage and pea for lunch. On one hand, Cabbage is one of the best vegetables for weight loss but you should use it cautiously because it may cause some medication interactions with your drugs. On the other hand, pea contains sodium, potassium, protein, vitamin c, Iron, Vitamin B6, and Magnesium.

So you need the following ingredients:

  1. One Onion
  2. Half of a Cabbage
  3. 300 gr Pea
  4. One bell pepper
  5. Two tablespoons of tomato paste
  6. Yellow Prune
  7. salt, spices, and ginger powder
  8. Sesame oil
  9. Lemon Juice

Preparation Steps:
Chop and fry onions for about five minutes over medium heat. Then add cabbage and fry it for about 10 to 15 minutes over low heat. After that, add pepper and boiled peas and cook it for about 10 minutes. Next, add salt, spices, yellow prune, and tomato paste to the ingredients, and again add some water. It is ready after about 5 minutes. you can have it with lemon juice and it is so delicious.
