My "Ongol-Ongol Pineapple and Pandan" topping coconut. So Yummy 😋
Pineapple is a fruit that contains a lot of vitamin C, which is good for health. Besides being enjoyed in the form of fruit, and juice. Pineapple can also be used as a delicious cake dish. This time I made "Ongol-Ongol Pineapple and Pandan". This is the first time I made it for my iftar menu.
Actually a few days ago I bought a pineapple, but only today I was able to execute it. Then, let's follow my Journey to make “Ongol-Ongol Pineapple and Pandan”
Materials we need are:
• 350 grams of pineapple
• 200 grams of tapioca flour
• 150 grams of palm sugar
• 60 grams of bihun noodles
• 300 coconut milk
• 1 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 vanilla
• 1 teaspoon Pineapple tasted
• 1 teaspoons pandan tasted
• 5 grams of coconut for topping
• Pandan leave
Step 1: Blend pinenaaple became juice
Step 2: mix up all ingredients together
Step 3: Spread into two container and give color pandan and yellow (pineapple)
How To Make it?
• Soak vermicelli noodles, and than cut small
• Blend of Pineapple became juice
• Pour Pineapple juice into the pot
• Mix up with vermicelli, tapioca flour
• Add salt, and vanilla to give more tasted and smell nice
• After that all stir into One
• Separate two containers, color them with green pandan and yellow (pineapple)

How to steam it?
• Heat the steamer
• Grease the pan with oil, then heat it
• Steam 15-20 minutes until cooked
• After that lift and cool
• Once cool, cut according to taste
• Coat with coconut
• Olong-olong pineapple is ready to be served.
To make the dish even prettier I added a glass of 100% pure Lemon Juice, which also contains lots of Vitamin C. Which works against cell damage, heart disease and joint pain. In addition, the benefits can also make bones strong, relieve inflammation, help prevent cancer, help lose weight.
You can keep these Ongol-Ongol in the fridge, when they are cold, they are easier to cut because they are hard. The taste will also be more delicious when sprinkled with coconut. It tastes sweet, and sour. so yummy😋
