2 tazas de harina de trigo
1 Coco
1/2 taza de aceite de coco
1 taza de agua filtrada
1 taza de azúcar
Ralladura de un limón
1 punto de sal
1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
1 taza de leche de coco
2 cucharadas de azúcar glass
1 1/2 taza de maicena
1 cucharada de vainilla
To begin, we proceed to make the coconut milk, add the water together with the coconut in the blender previously chopped, blend and take a strainer to squeeze very well to remove all the liquid that would be the coconut milk.
In another container we sift the powders; wheat flour and baking powder, add grated coconut and mix.
Mix sugar, oil, vanilla and lemon zest, mix until blended
Add the coconut milk and the coconut powder a little at a time and stir until the mixture is smooth.
In a greased and floured pan, add the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180° Celsius for 40 minutes or until the toothpick test is done, if it comes out dry it will be ready.
