Hello everyone!
This is my first time post on this Plant Power community. And in my first post I want to share a very easy recipe. I don't know if this recipe has existed before or not. But, I cooked this with a random idea that suddenly popped into my head. I myself also thought of how to present it to make it look attractive.
I know it's very simple but I hope many people will like it. Although this is my first try but I really like the taste. Let's get the recipe!
- Pakcoy
- Oyster sauce ( 2 tablespoon )
- Salt ( 1 ¼ teaspoon )
- Sugar ( 1 tablespoon )
- Powdered broth ( ½ teaspoon )
- Cooking oil ( 2 tablespoon )
- Little water
- Garlic ( 3 cloves )
- Soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon )
Step 1
Cut the pakcoy and remove the bottom stem.
Step 2
Boil the water until it boils and add 1 tablespoon of salt. After boils add the washed pakcoy. Boil until slightly soft, but not too long so that the color does not change. Then drain it.
Step 3
Chop the garlics.
Step 4
Heat the oil and fry the chopped garlic until fragnant.
Step 5
Add all the prepared spices and water. Stir well until boiling, then turn off the stove.
Step 6
Arrange the boiled Pakcoy on a plate. Then pour the sauce over it.
How was it?
Have you ever cooked this before?
I hope you like this recipe!
