Hola familia de @Hive espero estén muy bien, un cálido y fuerte abrazo para todos mis amigos de está grandioso espacio que nos brindan, varias semanas ausente pero estoy de regreso, hace unos días puede explorar en las comunidades que más hago vida y pues pude aprecia el reto vegano de la semana 23 y puedes no dude en hacer mi entrada donde nos invitan @plantpowervegan a comprar alcaparras, a mi en lo particular me gusta muchísimo incorporar en mis comidas este capullo comestible da un delicioso y agradable aroma al momento de pre preparar nuestros platillos además de poseer una fuente de vitaminas al consumirlas.

Aproveche hoy inicio de semana a realizar una compras a la ciudad de carupano que me queda aproximadamente 45 min de mi pueblo el pilar donde actualmente radico y pues pase por todo el frente de la casa del condimento hice una parada para hacer mis compras, dónde podemos encontrar un sin fin materiales que necesitamos en nuestras cocinas, tuve el gusto de realizar de encontrar lo que estaba buscando aún quedaba después de estas fechas decembrinas donde son tan buscadas, pedi 100 gramos de alcaparras que equivalen a 35 bs menos de un dólar actualmente, siempre trato que esten de color verde oscura, y preferiblemente pequeñas.

Para conservarla me gusta lavar bien con abundante agua fría para retirar el exceso de sal y las guardo en un recipiente de vidrio preferiblemente con tapa y agregando un poco de vinagre para que así se conserve mejor en el refrigerador mis amigos, en mi hogar gracias a Dios a todos nos gusta y casi todo el año tenemos en la nevera y asi podemos disfrutar de esos ricos platillos con alcaparra, en ensalada también son muy ricas.
Es un gusto por mi haber participado en el reto vegano de esta semana, aprovecho la oportunidad de invitar a los hivers amigos @aglaide, @carolycesar15 y @ary21 a participar. To preserve it, I like to wash it well with plenty of cold water to remove excess salt and I store it in a glass container, preferably with a lid, adding a little vinegar so that it stays better in the refrigerator, my friends, in my home thanks to God, we all like it and we have it in the refrigerator almost all year round and so we can enjoy those delicious dishes with capers, in salads they are also very delicious.
