Hola amigos feliz tarde de domingo espero se encuentren súper bien , hoy traigo una receta adictiva ya que para mà estás tortillas son la base para cualquier otra receta pero en este caso las acompañé con un delicioso guacamole y la combinación fue perfecta ya que no me pude resistir y me comà todo el guacamole con las tortillas en el almuerzo son una adicción total , asà que les comparto la receta y los ingredientes para que de animen a preparar sus propias tortillas en casa no son nada difÃcil y a parte super sanas ya que las hice de yuca.
Hello friends happy Sunday afternoon I hope you are super well, today I bring an addictive recipe since for me these tortillas are the basis for any other recipe but in this case I accompanied them with a delicious guacamole and the combination was perfect since I couldn't resist and I ate all the guacamole with the tortillas at lunch they are a total addiction, so I share the recipe and the ingredients to encourage you to prepare your own tortillas at home they are not difficult at all and apart from that they are super healthy since I made them yuca.
Ingredientes:
• 200 gr de yuca cocida
• Medio aguacate
• Media cebolla blanca
• Medio tómate
• Una rama de cilantro
• Medio limón
• sal al gusto
Una prensa para tortillas .
Ingredients:
• 200 gr of yuca
• Half avocado
• Half white onion
• Half tomato
• A branch of coriander
• Half lemon
• salt to taste
A tortilla press.
Para comenzar lo haremos con las tortillas de yuca , vamos a pelar cocinar en abundante agua 200 gr de yuca hasta que está quede bien suave , yo las tenÃa previamente cocidas por eso no le tome foto a este proceso. Luego de que este suave con ayuda de un rayador vamos a rayar la yuca .
To begin we will do it with the yuca tortillas, we are going to peel and cook 200 gr of yuca in abundant water until it is very soft, I had them previously cooked, so I did not take a photo of this process. After it is smooth with the help of a grater we are going to grate the cassava.
Una vez rayada agregamos una pizca de sal y luego nos vamos a humedecer un poco la mano con agua y amasamos hasta que nos quede una masa manejable.
Once scratched we add a pinch of salt and then we are going to wet our hands a little with water and knead until we have a manageable dough.
Colocamos una bolsa plástica en la base de la prensa de tortillas para que no se nos vaya a pegar la masa , luego vamos a dividir la masa en bolitas del mismo tamaño, colocamos la bolita en la prensa y aplastamos , nos va a quedar muy delgadas .
We place a plastic bag at the base of the tortilla press so that the dough does not stick to us, then we are going to divide the dough into balls of the same size, place the ball in the press and crush it, it will be very thin .
Colocamos a calentar una sartén y llevamos a cocinar nuestras tortillas hasta que esté bien doradas , una vez listas las reservamos.
Heat a frying pan and cook our tortillas until they are well browned, once ready we reserve them.
Para el guacamole vamos a cortar finamente en cuadritos la cebolla blanca y el tomate, al tomate le retiramos las semillas.
For the guacamole we are going to finely dice the white onion and the tomato, remove the seeds from the tomato.
En un bolw colocamos el aguacate y lo aplastamos con ayuda de un tenedor, luego le agregamos la cebolla y el tomate previamente cortados, le colocamos el jugo de medio limón una pizca de sal y cilantro finamente picado .
In a bowl, place the avocado and crush it with the help of a fork, then add the previously cut onion and tomato, add the juice of half a lemon, a pinch of salt and finely chopped cilantro.
Y solo nos queda servir las tortillas con nuestro guacamole, yo me arme una especie de taquito rellenando la tortilla con el guacamole y fue una delicia totalmente.
