Hello friends, ๐ซถ I hope you are happy And healthy. Today i will share very delicious soyabean or patato kabab.Here's a simple recipe for aalu (potato) or soyabean ke kabab.
Ingredients๐ฅ
๐ 5 Potatoes,boiled ,mash
๐ 1 cup soyabeans,shoked and grind
๐ 3/4 cup bhune chane( ) and grind
๐ Chopped onion , carrot, capsicum and coriander leaves
๐ 1-1 garam masala ,chat masala amchoor powder, kewara water, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, kasuri methi and salt
Preparation method
๐ Potatoes, peel, boil, and mash them.And soyabean granules, soak them in hot water for 15 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water and grind. In grinder.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes or soaked soyabean granules with chopped vegetables, chilli flakes, amchoor powder, cumin seeds ,chat masala powder, garam masala powder, kawara water and salt. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated. Forming kababs.
๐Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round or oval-shaped kabab using your hands. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Frying:
๐Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.Once the oil is hot, carefully place the kababs in the pan, leaving some space between them.Fry until the bottom side turns golden brown, then flip them carefully using a spatula and fry the other side until golden brown as well.
๐Remove the kababs from the pan
Instant chatni for kabab
๐ 1 teaspoon dried mango powder
๐ 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
๐ 3/4 teaspoon salt
๐ Prepare a mixed sauce of all three ingredients together with water in a bowl. Instant chutney is ready. Enjoy it with kababs.
๐ Serve the kababs hot with dried mango chutney or mint chatni.
