💥Onion Chutney: Traditional Style Recipe

Ingredients
🌿 4 large onion chopped

🌿 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
🌿 1 teaspoon dried mango powder (amchoor)
🌿 Salt to taste
🌿 Oil for cooking

**Step by step **

☀️ First, start the grinder by adding a little water to the onions, then stop it, then start it again, following the pattern of 1-2-1, until you achieve a rough paste of onions.

☀️Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

☀️ Add the ground rough onion paste, giving it a light saute.

☀️Now, add red chilli powder, salt, and dried mango powder to it and cook on low heat.

☀️Cook the chutney for about 10-15 minutes, or until the onions are cooked and the spices are well combined.

☀️Chutney is ready and garnish with coriander leaves.

☀️Serve it hot with roti / besan roti and enjoy its delicious taste.
