๐ Gram flour (besan) - 2 teaspoon

๐ Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

๐Garam masala 1/4teaspoon

๐ Oil (for frying)

๐บ Cut the potatoes into French fry shapes.Rinse the fries in cold water to remove excess starch.

๐บ Boil water in a pot and add the potato fries.Blanch the fries in hot water for 1 minutes.
๐บ Immediately transfer the fries to a bowl of cold water. Drain the fries using a sieve and pat them dry with a paper towel.

๐บadd the red food color, gram flour (besan), semolina (suji), chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, and lemon juice.

Fry the Fries:
๐บ Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated potato fries in batches.
๐บFry the fries until they are golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the fries from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve:
๐บ Serve the potato fries topped with oregano along with tomato sauce.
