Ingredients:
šŸŒ» 1 cup leftover dal
šŸŒ» potato curry
šŸŒ» 1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
šŸŒ» 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
šŸŒ» 1 onion finely chopped
šŸŒ» 1 teaspoon garam masala
šŸŒ» Chat masala
šŸŒ» fennel seeds
šŸŒ» Chopped coriander leaves
šŸŒ» Kasuri methi
šŸŒ» Black paper
šŸŒ» Salt to taste
šŸŒ» Oil for frying

Step by Step
First, roast the dal well in a pan by stirring it thoroughly and dry the water of the dal.

In a mixing bowl, combine the leftover dal, mashed potatoes, whole wheat flour, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, kasuri methi,black paper, chat masala and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.

Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them to form roties.

šŸµļø Heat a tava (griddle) over medium heat.
šŸµļø Put the paratha on a hot griddle. Cook for about a minute until bubbles start to appear on the surface.Flip the paratha over using a spatula.

šŸµļø Spread a little on the cooked side.Cook for another minute, then flip again. Spread oil on this side as well.Press down gently with the spatula and cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy.Remove the paratha from the tava and repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.

šŸµļø Serve hot with your favorite chutney, souce or pickle.
