๐ŸŒณ1 cup split green gram (moong dal) ๐ŸŒณ1 teaspoon chili flakes
๐ŸŒณ 1teadpoon cumin powder
๐ŸŒณ4-5 garlic cloves
๐ŸŒณA handful of fresh coriander leaves
๐ŸŒณ1 small onion, finely chopped
๐ŸŒณ 1 small tomato, finely chopped
๐ŸŒณ1 small capsicum, finely chopped
๐ŸŒณ Saga pyaz chopped
๐ŸŒณSalt to taste
๐ŸŒณ1 teaspoon Eno fruit salt
๐ŸŒณOil


๐™‹๐™ง๐™š๐™ฅ๐™–๐™ง๐™–๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ค๐™ฃ
๐Ÿชท Wash and soak the split green gram (moong dal) in water for 4-5 hours or overnight. Drain the water completely.

๐Ÿชท In a blender, add the soaked moong dal, green chilies, garlic cloves,ginger, cumin seeds and fresh coriander leaves. Blend into a smooth paste.

๐Ÿชท Transfer the paste into a mixing bowl. Add finely chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, green onion, cumin powder, chili flakes and salt to taste. Mix well.

๐Ÿชท Sprinkle Eno fruit salt over the mixture and gently fold it in.


๐Ÿชท Heat the pan and grease it with ๐™ค๐™ž๐™ก. Spoon a thick layer of the moong dal mixture onto the greased pan.Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat until the bottom side is golden and crispy.

Carefully flip the fritter using a spatula and cook the other side until golden and crispy.

๐Ÿชท Once both sides are cooked to perfection, remove the pancake from the pan. Serve the crispy moong dal pancake hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
