๐ธ1/4cup - Gram flour (besan)
๐ธ1teaspoon -Carom seeds (ajwain)
๐ธ 1teaspoon- Chili flakes
๐ธ Salt as taste
๐ธ1tablespoon - samolina
๐ธ1teaspoon - kasuri methi
๐ธ1 teaspoon - Black pepper
๐ธ half Chopped capsicum(red, green)
๐ธ 1 medium - Chopped onions
๐ธ Coriander leaves
๐ธ 1teapoon baking powder
๐ธ1teaspoon red chilli powder
๐ธ1teaspoon turmaric powder

First, peel the ridged gourd and cut it into small pieces.
Start by heating some oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add chopped onions and saute them until they turn golden brown.
Next, add the chopped ridge gourd (turai) to the pan and mix well with the onions. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add chopped tomatoes to the pan along with turmeric powder, red chili powder. Stir everything together so the spices and vegetables are well combined.
Cover the pan and let the mixture cook on medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Continue cooking until the ridge gourd becomes soft and tender. Once the ridge gourd is cooked, remove the lid and let any excess water evaporate. Keep stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens.

Combine all the ingredients well to form a batter. If needed, add a little water to achieve a pourable consistency.Next, add the cooked ridge gourd (turai) to the mixture ,baking powder and mix well. Batter is ready to make pancake.
