Packed with the goodness of oats and semolina, this dish is not only delicious but also a great source of essential nutrients to kick-start your day.

Ingredients:
🌻 1 cup oats

🌻 1/2 cup semolina (rava/sooji)

🌻 1 onion, finely chopped
🌻 1 tomato, chopped
🌻 1 green chili, finely chopped
🌻 1/4 cup green peas
🌻 1/4 cup carrots, finely chopped
🌻 1/4 cup capsicum, finely chopped
🌻 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds 🌻 1 lemon
🌻 Curry leaves

🌻 Salt to taste
🌻 2 cups water
🌻 2 tablespoons oil
🌻 Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method of preparation 💮 Heat a pan acoriandernd dry roast oats and semolina separately. Keep them aside.

💮 In the same pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.

💮 Add chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Saute until onions turn translucent.

💮 Now, add chopped tomatoes, green peas, carrots, and capsicum. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender. Add salt and mix well

💮 add roasted semolina and oats .Then pour water into the pan and bring it to a boil and gradually while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Once semolina is cooked and becomes thick, and add lemon. Mix well.


💮 Cover the pan and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes on low heat. Once done, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
