I hope you are happy and healthy.Today i will share a delicious recipe of potato bean stir fry. . It's quick, easy, and packed with delicious spices. Perfect for a satisfying meal that's both hearty and wholesome. Let's make this recipe.
Ingredients:
๐ณ 4medium potatoes, peeled and diced
๐ณ 1 cup green beans, trimmed and chopped
๐ณ 1 cup green peas
๐ณ 1 onion, finely chopped
๐ณ 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
๐ณ 4 dried red chilli
๐ณ 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
๐ณ Carrot chopped
๐ณ 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
๐ณ Salt to taste
๐ณ 2 tablespoons cooking oil
๐ณ Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
step by step Instructions
๐ Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
๐ Add chopped onion and red chili and
cook until they turn translucent.add carrot , turmeric powder and mix well.
๐ Add chopped green beans and green peas , potatoes and salt .Mix well and cook for another minute.
and add chopped tomatoes cook covered until all the vegetables are cooked through, stirring occasionally. This will take about 8-10 minutes.
๐ Once the vegetables are cooked, remove the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes to let any excess moisture evaporate and for the stir fry to get slightly crispy.
๐Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
