Healthy and Nutritious Mix Gram Sprouts Salad

In the era of high sugar, salt, oil, and calories fast food we have forgotten some healthy nutritious and raw food. Raw food is considered the best nutritious food as it provides all nutritions in natural form.

Generally it is big misconception nowadays that we must consume any animal food to fulfil our nutritions' requirement like protein, vitamin B12, calcium etc. Vegetarians are trapped in this lie spread by dairy lobby that milk is the only source of protein, calcium, and vitamin for vegetarians.

We must understand that mother nature has provided us all nutritions in plants and plants are the only primary source of all nutrients. Sprouts are one of the most nutritious and healthy plant based food for human being. Advantages of sprouts are that it doesn't require any cooking, so all nutrients remain in natural state.

Today here, I would like to share my sprout bowl recipe I am having every morning these days.
