What do you like to cook? If you are busy working, but you like to have healthy and delicious vegan meal.
Recently I was quite busy with projects work schedule. I tried my best to prepare some simple, easy to cook and delicious vegan meals for my lunch.
Today let me share with you a fast and healthy vegan homecook: Steamed Kimchi Tomato Tofu.
The ingredients for Steamed kimchi tomato tofu such as kimchi, tofu, tomato, sweet corns, and corianders. The condiments are vegetarian oyster oil, mushroom powder, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Firstly, rinse tomato and coriander. Then cut the tomato and coriander.
Recently I bought one bottle Vegan Kimchi from vegetarian grocery shop. It’s one of good cooking ingredients for preparing fast and easy vegan recipes.
Take out Kimchi and place in the plate. (The quantity is up to our preference and needs)
Then paste the tofu on top of Kimchi, and wipe the vegetarian oyster oil, a little of mushroom powders, pepper and salts on the tofu.
Place tomatoes on top of kimchi, then can put in sweet corns on top of the tofu and tomatoes.
Lastly, put in corianders on top of ingredients and sprinkle a little of chili powders.
Just place it on the rice cooker tray to cook together with fragrant plain rice.
It is very simple, fast and easy to prepare this healthy vegan recipe, Steamed Kimchi Tomato Tofu with electrical rice cooker. I am sure no matter how busy you are, you also able to prepare this healthy vegan meal within half an hour.
