I want to tell you, the weather has been very hot where I am these days. Which makes me almost not go out anywhere during the day because I can't stand the weather outside.
The very hot weather during the day made me reluctant to go out and caused the food at home to run out. I started thinking, in my parents' garden there are vegetables that I can cook for dinner at night.
I once saw that in my parents' garden there were several papaya trees that they had planted, and they were currently bearing fruit. I started thinking about the young papaya in my parents' garden. Maybe with weather like this it would be very delicious to cook sweet stir-fried young papaya.
This young papaya stir fry really reminds me of my teenage years. In the past, when my mother cooked sweet stir-fried papaya, the first thing I did was eat it without rice. and it's very delicious.

Material ;
- Young papaya
- Red Chili 7 pieces
- 4 small chilies
- Red onion 1 piece
- Garlic 1 piece
- (Salt and sugar)
- Sweet Soy Sauce
First of all, the main thing we have to do is peel the papaya fruit.
So, this way of cutting papaya fruit is its characteristic. I will cut it into pieces, although now there are tools that make it easier to cut the papaya. But I don't like using tools, because if you use tools the papaya will be shaped like noodles. I'll just chop it up randomly.
After the papaya fruit is peeled and cut. Wash the papaya thoroughly with running water so that the sap in the papaya fruit is removed.
How to Cook
Prepare red chilies, small chilies, shallots, garlic. Peel the onion
Blend until smooth all the chili ingredients.
Prepare oil in a frying pan over medium heat. then add the blended chilies to the pan.
Add the chopped papaya, stir-fry until slightly wilted, then add 50ml boiled water.
Cook the stir-fried papaya until it becomes soft. Then add sweet soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste.
My suggestion is that the papaya cooks quickly. We can close it in 1 minute
the menu is ready to be served. This menu can be usually paired with salted fish by my parents, but I don't really like it.
