Hola hola estimada comunidad amante de la comida a base de plantas, feliz y bendecido domingo en unión familiar,llegó el mes de marzo y con él la temporada de calor en el país y la ocasión perfecta para visitar la playa y disfrutar un baño en el mar y unos cremosos helados, hoy comparto una deliciosa #receta para preparar helados de auyama, coco, galleta y uvas pasa, son sencillos de preparar y con un gran sabor.

Uvas pasa (50 gr)

Azúcar (90 gr)

Sugar (90 gr)
PREPARACIÓN
Lavé la auyama retiré la concha, semillas y cociné por 15 minutos, retiré y dejé enfriar.

I washed the pumpkin, removed the shell, seeds and cooked for 15 minutes, removed and let cool.
Mientras la auyama estaba en cocción rompí el coco retiré la concha y corté en cubos.

Para preparar la leche de coco, lo llevé a la licuadora agregué 2 tazas de agua, licué a velocidad alta por 30 segundos, colé y reservé.

Ya fría la auyama, llevé a la licuadora, agregué la leche de coco, la galleta y licué hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.

En los molde agregué uvas pasa y la mezcla de auyama, coco y galleta, puse las paleta y llevé al refrigerador por 10 horas.

Desmoldé y terminado! unos cremosos y deliciosos helados para compartir un día de playa.
