Yes i'm reading you (now).

When i lived in Mexico with an abundance of cheap avacados, i wouls often blend avacado, banana and papaya, sometimes adding cacao powder. A super delicious quick desert. If there was any left over (not often) it went in the freezer for ice cream later.

i would soak the pumpkin seeds wirh a little vinegar overnight or longer (but changing the water id longer, then rinse, to remove the phytic acid, same with all seeds, nuts and grains.

Recipes sound delicious.
