Have you ever heard of the Ashitaba plant? This plant originating from Japan is believed to have a connection with prolonging youth. Ashitaba has a high content of antioxidants and fiber. You can read about Ashitaba's full benefits on THIS SITE.
To be honest, I first learned about Ashitaba from a food product “Ashitaki”. This product is an instant cake powder that is egg-free and gluten-free. So I was interested in trying Ashitaba cakes from this product because easy to make.
I have a stock of orange peels which would be a shame to throw away. I really want to make these orange peels as cake molds. So in this video, I combine Ashitaba cakes with orange peels.
How to make this cake is very easy. We only need to mix one sachet of instant Ashitaba cake with one sachet of oil that is already available in the package.
I am very happy with the result. The smell really fills my room and I will make this cake again another time.
Ashibata cakes have a moist texture and are perfect for serving with your favorite tea or coffee.
Have you ever seen Ashitaba powder or other Ashitaba products?
