Today I didn't go to the market so I just processed the ingredients I had in the refrigerator, I happened to have long beans, I thought I could just process them into stir-fried long beans, this is a simple, healthy menu for vegan lovers
without waiting a long time I started preparing the ingredients to make stir-fried long beans with some additional vegetables such as wartel and tempeh. This is definitely a simple vegan dish that is complete with the nutrients the body needs so this can be a delicious vegan menu for today.
Ingredients for stir-fried long beans:
- 10 long beans
- 2 carrots (medium)
- 1 tempeh board
stir-fry seasoning:
- 4 red onions
- 4 red chilies
- 4 green chilies
- 1 tomato
How to make stir-fried long beans:
(1) The first step is to cut the long beans according to taste. Here I just cut them lengthwise and then wash them clean and set them aside
(2) After that, take 1 board of tempeh then cut 1 board of tempeh into tapered shapes or according to taste, then add salt to the tempeh and fry the tempeh until it turns golden brown and then continue until the tempeh is finished and set aside for a while
(3) After that, take the carrots then peel the skin and cut the carrots lengthwise then wash them clean and set aside, after that cut all the ingredients for stir fry including onions, chilies and tomatoes.
(4) after that, prepare a little oil then saute all the onions, chilies, tomatoes until wilted and then add the carrots and long beans and add a little mineral water then cook until the vegetables are cooked, about 10 minutes, and after that add the tempeh that was fried earlier and add 1 tsp salt and check the taste to see if it is right
and the tara stir-fried long beans are ready to be served with a bowl of warm rice to accompany lunch on a drizzly day
