Soak up a book: Essay, ephemeris 📚 🤓📖 Impregnarse de un libro: Ensayo, efeméride.

Greetings, Hive reader community.

We are in the month of the book and I have been on the lookout, I seek to impregnate myself with books, with experiences, because literature is life itself.

Perhaps life is finite to read all wishes, and life is responsible for reminding us of readings, and if we are attentive, we are curious we can find readings that complement us, that give us a turn, that "open our minds".

In some way, every book that has been written is important.

.

From the academy, some assure that these "self-help books" lack "elevation", they do not have sufficient criteria to be read, and that is a prejudice.

Each book has a depth and a special language with which it approaches each reader, from there comes the magic of reading, of letting yourself be taken by a book.

One might think that one devours the book, but the relationship is reciprocal, we are a uroboros: The book devours us and we devour it infinitely.

For this reason, Marguerite Duras has been in me since that time I read her in 2017, today April 4, this French writer would turn 107 years old (1914-1996).

.

Thanks to her I know of that "Summer of the 80" that she documented and of which I now have a notion and an impression:

Today I read Marguerite Duras in full descent to the Maelstrom, I felt all a noisy turbulence, however, her voice is not one of those that has an indisputable force.

No, she has a soft voice that rose melancholy "in the summer of 80" to say from her heart and sensitivity, everything that hurts to see the corruption and inhuman treatment that has existed and it seems that it never rests, and how hunger it is also an instrument of domination.
One would expect to find these themes in writers with explosive voices, committed to her time, but Duras writes, and so much humanity is poetry.
One is that child with gray eyes, who is silent, not because he does not understand, but because silence is also an answer.
I liked Duras, because her voice is similar to the one I have been climbing.
