Érase una vez un carpintero ingenioso que vivía en un pequeño pueblo cerca de un hermoso .Bosque el pasaba sus días trabajando en la carpintería, creando todo tipo de objetos bonitos para la gente del pueblo.
A él le encantaba su trabajo y siempre ponía todo su esfuerzo para hacer los mejores trabajos posibles. Él nunca dejaba que su trabajo fuera mediocre; siempre trataba de hacer algo único e innovador con cada proyecto.
Un día, mientras caminaba por el Bosque, el carpintero encontró una rosa hermosa y escarlata, que se destacaba entre el verde de los de las plantas. Se quedó absorto, se sintió profundamente conmovido. La rosa era tan perfecta y tan hermosa que no pudo evitar quedarse mirándola por un buen rato. Y la recogió para llevarla a casa.
