Warm greetings fellow shadow hunters! π π
Since yesterday was raining in the morning, and overcast the rest of the day, I had to wait until today to go shadow hunting. Very thankfully it's been a gorgeous sunny day, with amazing shadows a plenty.
The shadows that I chose today were on the overlapping, spiral rosette leaves of some plants of the blushing bromeliad - Neoregelia carolinae that I planted up on the lava (from the 2018 eruption) maybe two years ago. This species is called the 'blushing bromeliad' because the center leaves turn bright red when the plant flowers. These photos were taken just a short time ago today, in the late afternoon sun.
The shadows on the leaves of this bromeliad are quite lovely, and are complemented well by those on the 'a'Δ lava, and the two species of ferns also growing up there. This sort of environment is a shadow hunters dream! I hope yΚ»all enjoy! πππ
All photos were taken with my Motorola G Power Android Phone.

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! πππ
