Entry For Shadow Hunters Contest 229

Benches are a common sight in Arroyo de la Miel. They are on pavements, outside apartment blocks, outside the shops, squares, playgrounds, by the side of roads – anywhere where it might get used. And they do get used.

I guess the benches are installed with old folks in mind. There are many old folks here – people who might need to rest a bit on their walks. After all, the place is very hilly, and full of slopes.

Sometimes, people sit outside their apartments and have a chat with their neighbours in the evening. Very social.

Anyway, here are some shadows of benches for this week’s Shadow Hunter’s contest. Because there were always people around, I am sure they must be wondering why this guy is taking pictures of benches.

The Shadow Hunters Contest/SMASh is run by @melinda01011, and @annephilbrick is the judge of the contest. If you are interested in joining in the fun, check out the rewards and the rules of the contest 👉 HERE
