Shadow Hunters Community Contest SMASh - Round 338
A big hug to everyone and wishing you all well. It's amazing how fast this year has gone by, or at least, that's what I perceive, and we are already in September and in Round 338 of the Shadow Hunters Community photo contest.
As many of my readers know, near my home is a beautiful park, which I visit whenever conditions permit, that is, when I have time and the day is sunny, or at least, not raining.
In each of my visits, I usually take a lot of pictures, which has allowed me to keep a record during most of the year of how the coloration of the vegetation varies, the intensity of natural light, among other aspects.
It is worth mentioning that living in the tropics, there are no seasons as they are known in the rest of the world, that is, there is no winter at all, and the changes in spring and autumn are not so marked, so the whole year is practically summer, the only difference being the rainy season and the dry season.
These photos correspond to one of the occasions when I visited this park, and I want to share them with everyone, serving as a participation in this new weekly challenge.
As I have described in previous posts, I usually make use of the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed, with the aim of improving or highlighting some element of my images.
Un gran abrazo a todos y deseando que se encuentren bien. Es increíble lo rápido que ha pasado este año, o al menos, es lo que percibo, y ya nos encontramos en Septiembre y en la Ronda 338 del concurso fotográfico del Shadow Hunters Community.
Como muchos de mis lectores saben, en las cercanías de mi hogar se encuentra un bello parque, al que acostumbro visitar cada vez que las condiciones me lo permiten, esto es, cuando dispongo de tiempo y el día se encuentra soleado, o por lo menos, que no esté lloviendo.
En cada una de mis visitas, suelo tomar gran de fotos, lo que me ha permitido llevar de manera improvidada un registro durante gran parte del año de como varía la coloración de la vegetación, la intensidad de la luz natural, entre otros aspectos.
Es oportuno mencionar que viviendo en el trópico, no existen las estaciones tal como se conocen en el resto del mundo, es decir, no existe en absoluto el Invierno, y los cambios en la Primavera y el Otoño no son tan marcados, por lo que todo el año es prácticamente Verano, siendo la única diferencia, la temporada de lluvias y la temporada seca.
Estas fotos corresponden a una de las ocasiones en que visité este parque, y quiero compartirlas con todos, sirviéndome como participación en este nuevo desafío semanal.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, usualmente hago uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed, con el objetivo de mejorar o destacar algún elemento de mis imágenes.
