This staircase leads up to a building where you can board a cable car ride. Two of my relatives climbed the stairs to ride the cable car ride. No other tourists can climb these stairs except for ride passengers. And I didn't get on the ride and my destination was up to these stairs. But visiting the stairs was also very useful because I found the shadow of the railings on the stairs.
