Hi everyone, I hope you are doing well and enjoying the beautiful reflections around you. 🙂 This is my entry for the Reflection Hunters Contest #70. I love the reflections of the clouds and the sky in the water. That is why I chose the following photo to be my entry for the contest.
A few weeks ago I visited Lasko, a beautiful spa town in Slovenia. The Savinja River flows through this place so we often walked by and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.
While my mom, sister, and son were sitting on a bench and looking at this soothing river, I took photos around to share my reflections with you. 🙂
The view of the river is very relaxing. It reminds us that everything flows and passes and that is why we should enjoy every moment. Lasko is a calm and quiet place where you feel uncomfortable if you talk a little louder. But that silence is not unpleasant. On the contrary, it has a positive effect on mood and well-being.
The culture of this town makes it unique and the river gives it a special charm.
We have seen people walking in the middle of the river several times. The water is shallow even though it doesn’t seem that way.
When we were returning home, I saw from the bus the place where the Savinja River flows into the Sava River and I had to photograph it through the window glass. I liked the bridge a lot.
I took a few more photos of the reflections of the Savinja River that I will share with you next week. 🙂
