Every object or creature has its own shadow since the fixed attachment to the earth The shadow that is not visible all the time is visible when we are placed by a light or by an object opposite the light।When you stand in the sun during the day or if you put an object in the sun, then a shadow falls on the ground.I like to see the shadows, I like to see the play of light and shadow When someone is upset, if you watch this play of light and shadow or take yourself in the middle of the light and shadow, you will feel better.I often play with light and shadow when I am upset After a while the automatic mind gets better.You can try again.
