Howdy, Shadow Hunters, and everyone in the Hive! It's been a while and oh my, we are now very close to the 200th edition of Shadow Hunting! Just wow! Kudos to all the initiators of this contest, my salute to all of you!
On April Fool's Day some years ago (2017 to be exact), my nephew Leo and I were waiting for our ride after attending mass downtown.
It was a hot day and we were quite impatient because his Dad was taking a long time to come to pick us up because we were going to their house.
It was just good that we had our shadows that served as our entertainment during the long wait, lol! My hair was very short at that time as I always preferred a pixie cut, especially during summer when the weather is hot, hence there was no trace of any long hair on my shadows.
My nephew was playful that he pulled some random poses when he noticed I was taking snapshots of our shadows.
In this last photo, I was attempting to 'carry' the white rock just above my head's shadow, and Leo leaned closer for the photo opp :)
It is awesome to have these photographs to remember some memories of the distant past. Thanks to digital technology as well for making our keepsakes available whenever we want to view them all over again. That is of course when we have them saved somewhere safe :)
