Some Shades Along the Road (SMASh 240)

We were out yesterday to attend a friend's funeral and whilst we were going back to the car, we noticed the tree shadows that occupied the whole 2 lanes of the road. The husband rushed to take a shot before any car came, lol! He only took two photos which were not the best but still acceptable I guess :)

And this was the second photo, edited and manipulated (flipped). These were captured around mid-day (12:27 noon time per the timestamp).

We parked the car some 200-300 meters away because we didn't want to get blocked by others. During times like that, plenty people are expected and most come with their vehicles too. The walking was great and we were able to take some shadow shots along the way.

Below were some shadows around 10 in the morning. Not a good take but it's part of the story so I just have to include it, lol!

And there ends my participation for the Shadow Hunters, 240th Edition. Do hop in if you have not already done so. Hunting shadows and reflections can be fun and shall I say, addicting? A good addiction that is, because it makes us get off our butts, go out there and look for things that we can take photos of. That's already a beneficial physical activity especially when we get to walk outdoors.

It's Saturday again, whew! Hope you're having an awesomely productive day where you are. Cheers to a glorious and fabulous weekend everyone!
