as i was out on a shadow hunt i came across a table and chair outdoors placed by a typical norwegian style wooden wall. what attracted my attention most was how the shadow of the translucent glass contrasts with the shadow of the metal rim of the table- but only the side of the table nearest the wall. at the bottom of the shadow there is no distinction between the shadow of the glass and of the metal. i cannot explain why it is like that but i thought it was a pretty cool detail.
