entry reflections 62: the window

look, i know how much you want the reflection to be perfect, to be recognizable and understandable. just like you want the world to be. and i know you don't like it when it is not.

i am not asking you to like what you see. you don't have to find any deeper meaning. i am just asking you to look at it as it is, whatever it is. perhaps there is no meaning

and that is why you quickly pass over it to find something more pretty. something that is as it should be. but aren't you just closing your eyes to the reality of what you see?

p1330656_edite3.jpg
if your world really is so pretty as you say then what have you to fear about looking straight at what you see. it is a window you cannot see through. that's all.

how it appears changes depending on where and when you stand. it tells something without getting bogged down in ideas or words. so why not pause a moment and tell me what you see?
