looking at these scrawny old dried plants you probably would not think they are capable of making much of a shadow. but i am happy to say you would be wrong. in fact they are very adept at making impressive shadows as long as the lighting is right. and i have the photos to prove it.
so never underestimate one's abilities just by their age or appearance
