Below is my entry for Shadow Hunters Contest Round 173.
This is a photo I took of an old man walking along the Hoai River in Hoi An, Quang Nam, Vietnam. It's easy to come across images like this all over Vietnam. Many Vietnamese elderly have the habit of getting up early and exercising. Most of them choose walking as their favorite sport, while others prefer cycling, jogging, swimming, badminton or tai chi. The interesting thing is that if you get up early in Vietnam you will see more old people than young people even though we are a country with a young population.
