When we sit on chairs, we relax. We feel calm emotionally and physically. The tension in us calm down when we are seated. Chairs or whatever object it is that we use for sitting is designed to bring us down from a high tensed posture to a relax and calm mood. Most times, we prefer to talk or discuss sensitive issues with people when they are seated.
The point I want to make in this post is about attitude and reactions. Our attitude is a very vital component of our personality. Our attitude describes our personality. So, in trying to be a person with decent and acceptable character, we must cultivate a calm and gentle attitude.
Gentleness is a virtue. Being calm is a prized quality. We should always try to bring down our attitude and control our reaction irrespective of how offended we are. We should always learn to sit down and be calm.
