Do you live in your own separate house? How do you heat your house in the cold season?
I have my own house. And I am heated with firewood. This means that in winter I can't leave home for a long time. Of course, I put a heat accumulator that can provide the house with heat for 6 hours after all the firewood in the boiler has burned through. But it can still be in winter frosts for a maximum of 12 hours.
I live in the forest region, but the cost of firewood has increased dramatically in recent years. A lot of birch is bought by the Chinese, because of this, the cost of firewood has also increased.
When I started building a house, the city administration promised residents that in 2015 we would have natural gas in apartments and houses. It is already the middle of 2021. There is still no gas.
This autumn, Russia will hold elections to the State Duma. In order to somehow appease the voters, the Government promised to connect natural gas to our homes for this event. The other day, specialists in the supply of gas pipes came to me. Now I have everything ready for the use of natural gas. There is only a little left - to get the permission of the gas service and connect the inlet pipe.
There is a saying in Russia - to believe the Authorities means to disrespect yourself.
I lived under the Soviet regime. During my time, 4 general secretaries were replaced - Brezhnev, Andropov, Chernenko, Gorbachev. Then the USSR died. The Russian Federation was born. The general Secretaries also disappeared along with the USSR, President Yeltsin appeared. With him, we learned the taste of Freedom. We learned a lot of things that were not told to us and lied to under the Soviet Government. But in 2000, Putin came to power and another lie began.
The era of "back to the USSR, back to the bans" has begun.
Folk wisdom says that a peasant is going to die tomorrow, and bread should be sown today.
I want to say that by the autumn we are promised natural gas, but all people still store firewood and do not remove wood-burning boilers and stoves from their homes.
