Mangiare un uovo ogni tanto ci permette di assumere le proteine necessarie al nostro organismo. Ogni uovo contiene il tuorlo, riconoscibile per il colore rosso, e l’albume chiamato anche bianco. E’ molto importante che le uova che mangiamo siano abbastanza fresche. Sul guscio delle uova che compriamo si trovano le indicazioni relative alla data di scadenza, ma sono sicuro che le galline depongono le uova senza stamparci sopra niente.
